What we collect

When you buy a plan we collect your name, email address and order details. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers. If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

How we use it

• To deliver your files and send order confirmations.
• To answer support requests about your purchase.
• To send the newsletter you opted into — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the services needed to run the store (payment processing, email delivery, basic anonymous analytics).

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing iskander@denerog.com. We keep order records only as long as tax law requires.
