Refund Policy

Denerog plans are digital files delivered by instant download. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, all sales are final and purchases are not eligible for refunds under normal circumstances. Please read the product description — steel thickness, panel count, size and difficulty — before buying.

Defective or incorrect files

If a file is corrupted, won't open in standard CAD/CAM software, or contains a genuine design error, email iskander@denerog.com with your order number and a description. We will fix or replace the file.

What is not covered

Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, for builds abandoned mid-way, or for cutting/material costs incurred at third-party shops.
